Real Estate Video Production Services

Editing finishes footage you already have. Production runs the whole project — concept, shot list, remote direction of whoever is holding the camera, graphics, voiceover and delivery. This is the service for campaigns, developments and brands rather than single listings.

If you have footage and need it finished, you want editing. If you have a property and need the whole thing handled, you want production.

Pre-production

Real estate video pre-production planning with a shot list and property floor plan
  • Creative concept and narrative approach for the property or campaign
  • Shot list built for the specific property, not a generic template
  • Script writing for agent-to-camera or voiceover segments
  • Property preparation guidance — staging, lighting, time of day, what to move before filming
  • Scheduling around light, tides, traffic and access constraints
  • Location and permit guidance for drone work where required

Remote direction

Remote direction of a property video shoot via a shared shot list and review call

We do not need to be in the room to direct a shoot. This is how remote direction works in practice, and it is how we deliver production anywhere in the world.

Step 1

Shot list and framing references

Your videographer, or you, receives an annotated shot list with framing reference images for every shot.

Step 2

Pre-shoot briefing call

We walk through the property plan, movement, sequence and any technical settings before anyone films.

Step 3

Live or same-day review

Where the schedule allows we review footage during the shoot so gaps are caught while the camera is still on site.

Step 4

Coverage check before wrap

We confirm the coverage is complete before the crew leaves, which is the single biggest cause of production problems.

Videographer sourcing

If you do not have someone to film, we can help you find and brief a local videographer. We maintain relationships with property videographers in a number of markets and we will brief them to our shot list and manage the output.

We are transparent about this: we do not employ local crew, we coordinate them. You contract the videographer directly and we handle the creative direction and all post-production. This keeps your costs lower than an agency model and keeps the relationship clean.

Frequently asked questions

How is production priced?

Per project, because the variables are too wide for a rate card. A single-property production with remote direction typically starts around $900 including post. Multi-property and development campaigns are scoped and quoted individually.

Can you produce video anywhere in the world?

Yes. All direction is remote and all post is remote. The only physical element is whoever operates the camera, which is either you, your videographer, or someone we help you source locally.

Do you write the script?

Yes, for agent-to-camera segments and for voiceover. Property scripts work best when they are short and specific — we will push back on anything that sounds like a brochure read aloud.

Can you build a template we reuse across a development?

Yes, and this is one of the most cost-effective things we do. We produce the first unit fully, then build a locked template so every subsequent unit costs a fraction of the first.

What if I only need part of this?

That is fine and common. Some clients want the shot list and remote direction only, then handle post themselves. Others want post only. Tell us where you need help and we will scope just that.
