What the AI Real Estate Video Maker does

• Generates simulated camera movement, depth and transitions from your static listing photographs — the tool creates the sense of motion through a space; it does not have footage of actual camera movement to draw from.
• Generates captions automatically, drawn from audio (for edited video) or from listing copy you supply (for AI-generated video).
• AI voiceover (planned, not yet live): will generate narration from a script you supply, once released.
• Virtual staging (opt-in only): can generate furnishing in empty rooms on request. This is off by default and must be explicitly enabled — see the disclosure requirement in our Acceptable Use Policy.

How we use AI on this website itself

In the interest of the same transparency we’re asking of ourselves: some of the written content, page structure and imagery on this site was produced with AI assistance as part of building and maintaining it, and reviewed by our team before publishing. We disclose this here rather than let visitors assume every word was typed by hand — consistent with the honesty standard set out on our Our Story page.

What our AI tools will not do

• Will not alter the structure of a property. No removing walls, changing room dimensions, or adding windows or doors that don’t exist.
• Will not change the condition of a property. No repairing visible damage, removing damp, or improving finishes beyond standard colour and exposure correction.
• Will not add furnishing unless you explicitly enable virtual staging.
• Will not generate a room, view or feature that wasn’t in your photograph.
• Will not remove permanent fixtures that a buyer would reasonably expect to see in the space.

Ownership and data use

• You retain full ownership of every photograph and video file you upload.
• We do not train models on your images without your explicit, specific opt-in — this is off by default.
• We do not share your files with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers required to process and deliver your order.
• Files are retained for 60 days after delivery, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer.
• You hold full commercial rights to everything generated or edited for you.

Questions about a specific output

If an AI-generated video does something you didn’t expect from the photos you supplied, email [email protected] with the project details — we’ll review the output against this policy and correct or refund it per our Refund Policy.
