Editing Support for Real Estate Photographers

You are not limited by how many properties you can shoot. You are limited by how many you can edit. This is white-label editing built around that fact — your branding, your style, your client relationship, our editors.

Real estate photographer outsourcing video editing to increase shooting capacity

The capacity ceiling

A real estate photographer shooting four properties a day instead of editing one

You have done this calculation in your head. Here it is on paper.

Editing in-houseOutsourced
Properties shot per day44
Editing hours per video2.50
Videos completed per day1–24
Videos per week5–1020
Revenue at $350 per video shoot$1,750–$3,500$7,000
Editing cost at $85 per video$0$1,700
Net per week$1,750–$3,500$5,300
Hours worked50+25

Your rates will differ. The structural point does not: editing is the constraint, and removing it roughly doubles throughput while halving your hours.

Matching your existing style

The objection every photographer has is that outsourced work will not look like their work. That is a legitimate concern and here is exactly how we address it.

Step 1

Send three to five finished videos

Work you are happy with. This is the reference, not a mood board.

Step 2

Send your LUTs and templates

Any LUTs, title templates, fonts, music preferences and delivery specifications you use.

Step 3

We document a style guide

Your pacing, grade, title treatment and delivery spec written down as the standard for your account.

Step 4

Free test edit

We edit one property at no charge. You judge the match before committing to anything.

Pricing into your packages profitably

The question is not what editing costs. It is what margin it leaves. Worked example on a typical photo and video package:

LineAmount
Your package price to the client (photos + video)$650
Your shooting time (2.5 hours at your rate)
Photo editing outsourced (25 images)$45
Video editing outsourced (standard listing edit)$85
Total outsourced cost$130
Gross margin after outsourcing$520 (80%)
Your time on site2.5 hours
Your time editing0 hours

At 20 shoots a week that is over $10,000 gross margin for 50 hours of shooting and effectively no post-production time.

What white label means here

  • Your branding on delivery. Your client sees your brand, never ours.
  • We never contact your client. All communication runs through you.
  • Your assets stay yours. We claim no rights and we do not use your work in our portfolio without written permission.
  • NDA as standard. We will sign yours.
  • A dedicated editor above a set monthly volume, which is what makes consistency real rather than aspirational.
  • Reserved capacity so your busy season does not put you in a queue.

Frequently asked questions

Will my clients find out?

No. Delivery is under your branding and we never contact your client. Many partners have worked with us for years without their clients being aware.

Can you match my grade exactly?

Close enough that your clients will not notice a difference, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to. Send LUTs and reference videos and take the free test edit before committing.

What is your volume pricing?

$99 at 1–4 videos per month, $85 at 5–14, $75 at 15–29, custom above 30. Full detail on the outsourcing page.

Do you edit stills as well as video?

Yes. See photo and video editing. Ordering both from one supplier is how you keep the grade consistent across the whole delivery.

What turnaround can I promise my clients?

24 to 48 hours standard, and 24 hours committed at 15+ videos per month. That lets you promise 48 and always deliver early.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Volume pricing is based on actual monthly volume with no contract and no minimum. Start with a free test edit.

Package economics

Pricing video into your packages

Most photographers under-price video because they price it against their photo rate rather than against the editing hours it consumes. Here is a worked structure that protects margin.

PackageYour priceYour shoot timeOutsourced costGross margin
Photos only (25 images)$2751.0 hr$45$230
Photos + listing video$6502.5 hrs$130$520
Photos + video + drone$9503.0 hrs$180$770
Photos + video + reels pack$1,1503.0 hrs$255$895
Monthly retainer, 8 properties$5,20020 hrs$1,040$4,160

The point is not the specific numbers, which will differ in your market. It is that adding video roughly doubles your package price while adding about ninety minutes on site — provided you are not the one editing it.

Onboarding

What we need from you at onboarding

A partner account takes about a week to set up properly. This is everything we ask for, once.

Style reference

  • 3–5 finished videos you are happy with
  • Any LUTs you use
  • Title and lower-third templates
  • Fonts and brand colours
  • Music preferences or a library you license

Operational detail

  • Typical monthly volume and seasonality
  • Turnaround you promise your clients
  • Preferred delivery method
  • Naming convention for files
  • Who signs off on the style guide

We then write your standard down, you approve it, and every subsequent delivery is checked against your document rather than a generic checklist. The first edit is free so you can judge the match before committing anything.
