Can agents change the template?
No, and that is the point. Colour, typography, logo placement, intro and outro are locked at the account level. Agents control the property content, not the brand presentation.
Can we approve videos before they go out?
Yes, optionally. Drafts route to a nominated reviewer at your brokerage before final delivery to the agent.
How do you handle 40 agents ordering at once?
Brokerage accounts get reserved capacity based on your expected monthly volume, agreed at onboarding, so a busy week does not create a queue.
Do you handle MLS unbranded versions automatically?

What about agents who leave?
