Quotes are free and non-binding

Requesting a quote never obligates you to proceed. You only pay once you accept a quote and confirm you’d like us to start.

Payment terms

First-time clients pay before work begins. Returning clients with an established history may be invoiced on delivery at our discretion.

If the brief was missed

If a delivered edit doesn’t match the brief you gave us — wrong shot order, missing a requested shot that was in your footage, wrong format — we will re-edit it at no charge within your included revision rounds. This is the default remedy, not a refund, because the fastest path to what you actually need is almost always a corrected edit rather than starting over.

If we genuinely can’t deliver

If we determine we cannot deliver a usable video from the footage or photos supplied — for example, footage that’s unusable due to severe camera shake, corruption, or missing critical rooms — and no re-shoot or substitute material is available, you receive a full refund for that project. We flag this before starting work wherever possible, so it’s rare after a project is underway.

Change of mind

Once a final video has been delivered and downloaded, we don’t offer a refund for a simple change of mind unrelated to the quality or accuracy of the edit. Revision rounds exist to fix that before final delivery — use them.

Missed rush deadlines

If you paid a rush (12-hour) or same-day surcharge and we miss that specific deadline due to our own delay, we refund the rush surcharge itself, even though we still deliver the completed video.

AI video maker

The AI Real Estate Video Maker is currently priced per video, not as a subscription — see current pricing on the AI Video Maker pricing page. The refund terms above apply to it in the same way as edited video: a re-generation at no charge if the output doesn’t reflect your supplied photos correctly, a full refund if we can’t produce a usable result. If a subscription tier launches in future, this section will be updated with specific cancellation terms.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your project details and what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve every refund or re-edit request within 5 business days of your initial message.
