Commercial Real Estate Video Editing

Commercial property video sells an investment, not a home. The buyer is underwriting a return, not imagining their furniture in the living room. That changes what belongs in the edit and what has to be on screen.

Asset classes we edit for

Commercial property asset classes — office, retail, industrial and multifamily buildings

Office

Floorplate flexibility, lobby and amenity, natural light, fit-out condition and building services.

Retail

Frontage, footfall context, parking, adjacency to anchors and signage opportunity.

Industrial & Logistics

Clear height, loading docks, yard depth, column spacing, power supply and access routes.

Multifamily

Unit type walkthroughs, amenity spaces, common areas and the resident experience.

Mixed-Use

Separating the components clearly so each use case reads distinctly.

Land & Development

Aerial-led, boundary graphics, topography, access and services context.

Site context and location video

Aerial site context of a commercial property showing access, parking and surrounding development

For commercial assets, what surrounds the building often matters more than the building. We build a location sequence that answers the questions an investor asks before they get to the interior.

  • Approach and access routes from the main road network
  • Parking provision, ratio and layout, shown from the air
  • Loading, service yards and turning circles for industrial assets
  • Proximity to transport links with distance and drive-time callouts
  • Surrounding tenancy and anchor occupiers
  • Catchment and neighbourhood context for retail

Specification overlays

Commercial property video with specification overlays for floorplate, clear height and parking

Commercial buyers need numbers on screen. We build a specification graphics package from the data you supply — typically from the offering memorandum or brochure.

Building

  • Total square footage
  • Floorplate size
  • Clear height
  • Column spacing
  • Year built / refurbished
  • Building class

Commercial

  • Parking spaces and ratio
  • Loading doors and docks
  • Power supply
  • Zoning designation
  • Current tenancy / WALT
  • Available from date

We render specification figures exactly as you supply them and we do not estimate or infer any number. Send the OM or a spec sheet with the footage.

Investor-facing and tenant-facing cuts

The same footage usually needs to serve two audiences with different questions. We deliver both from one edit.

Investor cut

Leads with the asset, the site, the tenancy position and the numbers. Typically 90–150 seconds, used in the OM, on the broker’s site and in email campaigns.

Tenant cut

Leads with the space, the fit-out potential, the amenity and the commute. Typically 60–90 seconds, used in leasing campaigns and on LinkedIn.

Frequently asked questions

Do you edit commercial real estate drone footage?

Yes, and aerial is more important in commercial than residential because access, parking, loading and adjacency are best shown from the air. See our drone video editing service for the technical detail on how we handle aerial material.

Can you produce a video for an offering memorandum?

Yes. An OM video is typically 90 to 150 seconds, investor-facing, with the specification overlays and site context sequence described above. Send the OM with the footage so the figures on screen match the document exactly.

Can you work under NDA and deliver unbranded?

Yes. We work under NDA regularly on commercial instructions, and we deliver unbranded masters as standard so your brokerage branding can be applied at your end or left off entirely for confidential marketing.

Do you add tenancy and financial information to the video?

We render whatever figures you supply in writing. We do not source, estimate or verify financial data, and we would strongly advise against putting yield or cap rate figures in a widely distributed video rather than in the OM.

What about multifamily with many similar units?

We build a locked template for the property, then apply it per unit type. Volume pricing applies. See the property managers page for how that workflow runs.
