Case Studies

Longer-form accounts of specific projects: what the client needed, what we did, and what happened as a result.

How a Project Actually Runs

We haven’t published named case studies yet because we won’t publish ones we can’t back up in writing with the client’s permission — see our promise on this. What we can show today, accurately, is exactly how a project runs from the moment footage arrives to the moment it’s delivered.

Step 1

You send footage or photos

Upload link, Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer — no file size limit. Include a short brief: address, key selling points, any must-include shots.

Step 2

We quote and confirm

A firm price and delivery date back within 4 business hours, based on the pricing on this site — no surprise line items added later.

Step 3

We edit to a fixed process

Cull for usable takes, colour-match every clip to one reference frame, build room order, cut to music, then export branded, unbranded (MLS-compliant) and vertical versions.

Step 4

You get a first cut within the quoted window

24–48 hours standard, 12 hours rush, under 8 hours same-day — with one revision round included on every package.

Step 5

You receive final files

All formats delivered together via your upload link or a download link. Project files retained for 60 days.

On named case studies specifically: once a completed project’s client agrees to be featured, we’ll publish the real brief, the real footage constraints, the decisions we made and why, and the finished video — with their name attached, not an anonymised composite. Nothing here will be a stand-in for that.

Serving real estate agents, property photographers and brokerages in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and worldwide. All editing performed by a dedicated real estate video team. We do not shoot on location — everything is remote and digital.
