How we write these

A guide only goes up here if it meets all of the following. We publish six to eight a month rather than sixty, deliberately.

  • Every figure carries a source and a date. We do not repeat statistics we cannot trace to a primary study.
  • Written by someone who does the work. Not by a content agency that has never graded a property video.
  • Original examples and screenshots. Not stock imagery of generic houses.
  • We say when we do not know. Including when a competitor’s product is better than ours at something.
  • Reviewed and dated. Anything that goes stale gets updated or removed.
